Most importantly my cohorts are amazing. There couldn't be a better combination of individuals than there is for this residency. Very diverse personalities but we all seem to understand and get along. What is better than that is we have very rich dialogue and seem to respect each other's opinion without being offended which gives the outcome very positive outcome and we all learn!
